You get this: https://www.kartracing-pro.com/downloads/painted.zip
Then you flatten your image and save as a .tga. make a folder for example "custom crf", then add your norm (for the honda crfs its crf for livery crf_r for specular and crf_n for norm) Then open PaintED and select dir. read then select the folder "custom crf", enter a skin name, hit "pack", select the "MX1OEM_2021_Honda_CRF450R", then paints, then save the skin there.
