Invalid Key Please Register

Hello, I dont know whats going on but when ever i got to Race and then World in mx bikes it says Invalid Key Please Register.
I have tried registering but when i do it says Invalid Key.
I have tried multiple things but it wont work. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I did that and it didnt work its been over a week already.
