Beta 15 install error

I've been trying to install beta 15 but all I get is a small screen saying "setup file is corrupted"
Anyone having the same problem or maybe even a solution?

soo you literally have to purchase the game twice now? I purchased on bikes website and steam doesn't allow my to play or even redeem a code.
