Submitting laptimes

I have a question about submitting laptimes. Ive looked on the mx bike records site and al the lap times are reset. Ive put some laps on standaard tracks from the game. One of the laps i did was a 1.47.073 on Practice track but the laptime doesnt show up at mx bike records page. I search it up before and they told me to do it on dedicated servers online and the lap times wil automaticilly uploading to the page. But ive set some laptimes now for a couple of times but it doesnt show up on the page. Can you guys help me out or do i need to register some were? I have the game on steam and use oems.
