Game Crashing upon startup of game

My game will not boot up all of the sudden. I click on the game like I usually do and it will act like its starting (with the steam icon pooping up booting up the game), then, nothing. No start up what so ever. I open task manager and do not see it running in there either. I have re installed the game 2 times with the same result. Any tips on what to do? I just am trying to play
