I was working on Getting a Track in game. Everything was working fine. Started game, realized I was missing some files, Exited.
Then i went back into Tracked and everytime I tried to open race data It crashed (It worked fine earlier)
Debugger said:

Found the answer... had to merge the centerline before opening 'Race Data'
