Print Page - game won't start

When I try to start the game it just doesn't launch, if I try to launch in my steam library it says running then just stops.
Does anyone know how to fix this or anything about it?

install OpenAL - https://openal.org/downloads/oalinst.zip

Please note that OpenAL is no longer needed, since Beta16.
