Title: Can't stand up on bike after Beta 15

Anyone else having this problem? Before Beta 15 I pressed B (Xbox) to stand up and sit on the bike. Now, the rider stays always seated while the bike is on the ground. It only seems to sit/dab when the bike is in the air.
I havce tried tweaking the settings but can't find out how to solve this  :-\

Remove ALL mods. Make sure to have a completely fresh installation.
Then start moving over mods mod by mod. Don't use tyre mods as these cause similiar or worse errors.
