Bike tools updated:
http://www.kartracing-pro.com/downloads/vt.zip
BikeEd changelog:
- support for geometry that is laterally offset ( example: Panigale rear suspension )
- support for rear suspension geometry where the rocker - rod link is the upper one, and not the lower one ( example: Panigale rear suspension )
- added the possibility to disable the automatic update of the swingarm angle ( and then manually change it )
- added preload setting for testing
- added the possibility to change the swingarm pivot position for testing
- added the sag readings for testing
Updated the SPR Generator, too.

BikeEd changelog:
- support for the "Linkage Rod Swingarm" rear suspension geometry ( example: Unit Pro Link )
- fixed the crash with out of bounds values
Bike tools updated:

BikeEd changelog:
- support for the "Push Arm" front suspension geometry ( example: speedway bikes )
- support for the "Trail Arm" front suspension geometry ( example: Vespa )
- support for the "Rigid" front suspension geometry ( example: pitbikes )
- support for the "Hardtail" rear suspension geometry ( example: speedway bikes )
To show the tyres in the Bike Editor, set the path to tyres.pkz ( or the unpacked folder ) in the file bikeed.ini
Example:
[tyres]
path=C:\Program Files (x86)\MX Bikes\tyres\

BikeEd changelog:
- support for shape animation

BikeEd changelog:
- wheels loading fixed
- support for the chain link rotation
- positions are now rounded to the nearest 10th of millimeter when writing the GEOM file
Bike tools updated:
http://www.kartracing-pro.com/downloads/vt.zip
BikeEd changelog:
- improved chain link editing
Bike tools updated:
http://www.kartracing-pro.com/downloads/vt.zip
BikeEd changelog:
- improved rear suspension geometry editing and display
- the rocker and rod length must now be set directly
- the "Rear Suspension" slider now sets the swingarm angle when "Rear Suspension Update" is disabled
- a very simple tool to approximate the chassis inertia has been integrated.
When loading a GEOM file, BikeEd automatically reads a file named "inertia.cfg", if it exists in the same path.
Example file, used for the stock 350xf bike:
elem0
{
name = engine
mass = 33.51
pos = 0, 0.54, 0
size = 0.2, 0.38, 0.35
}
elem1
{
name = chassis
mass = 19
pos = 0, 0.66, 0
size = 0.25, 0.65, 0.45
}
elem2
{
name = tail
mass = 6
pos = 0, 0.77, -0.52
size = 0.3, 0.4, 0.6
}
elem3
{
name = front
mass = 5
pos = 0, 0.88, 0.3
size = 0.3, 0.5, 0.2
}
The inertia parameters and mass position are then displayed on screen.
It is possible to hide the inertia data: Toolbar -> Draw -> Chassis Inertia
Important
- to save the GEOM file for MX Bikes Beta13, the following lines must be added to the file "bikeed.ini":
[save]
legacy=1
Bike tools updated:
http://www.kartracing-pro.com/downloads/vt.zip
BikeEd changelog:
- fixed the linkage suspension nomenclature
- the legacy save has been dropped. Now BikeEd writes data only in a new format, that cannot be read in MX Bikes beta13 and older. However, please note that both BikeEd and MX Bikes can still read the all the old formats.

BikeEd changelog:
- fixed the chassis inertia calculation
Bike tools updated:

BikeEd changelog:
- fixed the "Rocker Swingarm" rear suspension linkage geometry
TyreEd changelog:
- added a tool to calculate "TorusRadius" and "TreadWidth" from tyre measurements
Bike tools updated:
https://www.kartracing-pro.com/downloads/vt.zip
TyreEd changelog:
- removed the "Tread Width" option from the shape tool, because the approximation wasn't good enough
