Mods not working

A few days ago I attempted to move all of the mx bikes files as well as a large number of folders over to my D drive and after the transfer, the mods have stopped working entirely even after attempting to reroute the .txt file to my D drive. I have since moved all folders back to their original spot and it continues to fail in loading my mods. I then uninstalled the entire game, steam, and everything involved was deleted and the mods were sent to a backup drive. After downloading and reinstalling both steam and Mx bikes and placing all folders where they should be, it still fails to load them. Does anyone have any idea how I can possibly get the mods to be in the game again?
