MAN !! You play with traction help and brake help ON ?! Really ?
In GPB world that would be an insta-ban from the forum :)
LMAO.. Fats... :D
One man once asked a wise(r) man which settings he used... The wise(r) man responded with brake help and traction help on..
Funny i am still incredibly slow with them on :o hahah
Me? That must have been some time ago.. Beta 2 maybe?
The only time I turned on traction help recently was last night riding FTT, deformed as balls on a 450. Never really use the 450 and am not used to it at all lol.. Sure Phil can back me up on that.. Other than that don't look at me, I'm not responsible ;D
Haha that's it fats.. Deny any involvement.. Hahaha it was during beta testing for the js7 compound you gave me that hot tip. But whatever. A good magician never reveals and that :)

You are slow because they are on :)
I think maybe next series enforce the server to use "no_aids"
:)
Honestly, I think ANYTHING should be allowed. You can be faster with traction/brake help off if you're good, in real life they have Holeshot Devices, Recluse Clutches, and now bikes even have traction control. With the lack of people racing anyways, and obvious bugs with the physics, there should just be a 250/450 Class, and any settings or bikes within that class should be choice. But I don't run those assists, so I guess I could be fine either way.
No need to enforce a "no aids" policy on servers when said aids make you slower :)
Sorry gdub I remember it being longer ago. Yup, I used to use the assists a lot more mainly because of the physics issues. I found they made mxb more instantly accessible especially when all I wanted to do was build tracks. Since the improvements to physics though the brake and traction went off ages ago.. At least longer ago than the first GTX series.

lol shit now you mention it i think it was when we was beta testing your National track which you never released.. that would of been beta 3.. :D:D:D anyhow...
its for the best eh.. :D
bollocks, i need to edit that. shift help was never on.. it was supposed to be brake help hahah. thanks max
edit: Ninja fixed
OK, now only Brake Help has to go :)
BTW shift help is tolerable I guess.
Act like a rich man and get someone to change your tyres for you.
#AutoTyreChangeCrew
Ya know I've never disabled that, exactly what does it do?

Each time you go to the garage you get new tyre (same type of the one you've on).
Just be careful when you use this on a server that allows a limited number of tyre sets per event ... but overall, it's a handy option.
We also need a dedicated bike cleaning slave. I always forget to wash between races and it hurts my fashion sense. Goddamn lazy ass changing my tyres without cleaning my plastics!
