Hello, how can I load Setup X created on Track Y use on Track Z without clicking all the settings. Is there a dedicated option like Import? All I can see is export. How is "export" and "shared" working?

As you already found out, the setups are linked to the track.
You can go to your documents folder/PiBoSo/MX bikes/profile/your profile/setups and copy the setups from track X to track Y

It is possible, using the "Copy" button in the garage page.
