Well, I don't think we can actually change how the legs will move ingame, it'd be sick if we can let the legs have some sort of run animation though.
We can't change the rider model, so no monkey in mx-bikes.

When we get the goat, can we change the color of the hooves sort of like a rim? I'm thinking blacked out goat with gold hooves.

We can't change the rider model since this game has animation, it would be very hard/imposible to get a good working rider model made by the community. Yes we can skin the rider model.
