It is possible using this plugin: http://www.mx-bikes.com/downloads/minput64.dli
It must be copied in the "plugins" folder in the MX Bikes installation directory.
Then the mouse control must be assigned clicking on the "Lean" button in MX Bikes -> Settings -> Input
Please report if it works as needed.
Mouse input plugin updated for the 64 bit version of MX Bikes.
