The complete line of Kawasaki's bikes, 2017 version –  250F and 450F. (a 125 will may be add to this pack..

The original model was created by Jay, modified by Yann and transfered to mxb by me and Pacopastor (without the permission of the creator. I bought the model, and i transfered it to mx bikes and he said NO. And then i said Fuck You. if you don't support Robinhood... don't use it.) All the Geom and engine files are done by Asdrael... and it's freaking awesome.

The bikes have undergone extensive work and rework on different aspects of their physics implementation. This is why two different versions of the bikes are being released.
You can download and enjoy both. They can coexist on servers, np. They are different variations on the same theme, and all count as different bikes for the game.

In the pack...

KX250F/KX450F stock version :

- Fork: Accurate travel, rake angle, offset, trail, position, stock spring strength and preload within stock range. Weight positioned the best I could.
- Shock: Accurate travel, complete geometry including linkage system, position on chassis, stock spring length,  strength and preload within stock
   range.
- Chassis: Accurate wheelbase, weight positioning to accommodate new geometry.
- Suspensions: Slightly modified the values for the suspensions in the .cfg file so it works with the geometry.
Rebound was compared to videos for average settings, while shock was adapted from MSM and other models.
-Engines: those are stock, copied from the MSM. Also stock: everything that has to do with the engine (ratios etc).

KX250F/KX450F OEM Version :

- Engines: All engine data incorporated, >98% accuracy on the dyno curves.
- Ratios: Primary, secondary, gearing ratios all exact and at stock settings + .cfg allows typical secondary drive ratio modifications.
- Weight and fuel: Weight and fuel capacity corrected for each model, including inertia.
- Brakes: Disc size (and associated torque) exact.
- Suspension settings: All the suspension settings have been expanded for realism. 20 clicks on everything (shock should be 30 for rebound but
the engine limits it at 20).
For convenience, I added 2 softer and 3 harder settings on everything (so your Standard pack setting +2 = your OEM setting). Surprise: every
   value is set to factory.
Also increased the choice in rear spring strength for realism, and dialed in the exact
   strength and preload values.
- Tyres: Geo's Tyres (v1.5).

For the 450F OEM model, the engine has been modeled from Dyno data, the engine inertia upped to 0.006 and the engine breaking torque adapted (exact same conditions as the YZ450F OEM making those 2 bikes "homogeneous"

Credits:
- Jay for the base model of the kxf
- Pacopastor for his patience, and for being a so great teacher
- Yann Bourguignon for his help on all the little parts on the model
- Asdrael for his magic in suspensions settings and for the all OEM shit... All credits for the handle goes to him, and it's fucking awesome <3

Enjoy (or not, if you support scamers :) )

I'm not sure where I stand but I know I don't want to be a part of the shitstorm that might be about to happen on this peaceful forum ;)

Altrought i hate that he is selling the models, wtf, modding is for fun and glory, not for money at least for me but whatever.

Quickly: Stone aske me to give this bike the same treatment I gave the YZF, so I obliged. this means the fork changed, and the rear shock completely changed - .geom and .cfg (both files). I have no opinion on where this model comes from and I just fixed 2 files.

Why after like 5 laps is the bike so dirty you can barely see it? Is there a way to turn the dirt off, or get the .edf files with no dirt layers? Awesome geom!! Happy to have this back on here.
(especially since i paid too) . It's his bad if he has a problem. I sent $ and received the temp/ and obj, and have not given either away. Just gave people a way to see it!

For people that like testing - I have redone the geometry fast (2h30~) following only the tutorial I have made (http://forum.mx-bikes.com/index.php?topic=1535.0). You can find a geometry file to test in the post: http://forum.mx-bikes.com/index.php?topic=1535.msg22465#msg22465

Any way in the config files to turn the dirt off?? Overkill is an under statement. Oh, and in the config, i changed the steering lock angle from 42 to 30, and it handles really smooth. (IMO)

A big update will come soon. New edf with new mud layers, new 2K textures... and for the Geom and Config files, we are trying to be as close as possible to the original KXF.

And after that... i'll do the same for the rmz  ;)

Could be better, made big noob mistakes in the geom. Got an update ready for after the race which is imo, miles above and much closer to OEM values. So tomorrow or early next week depending on how we progress on it ;).

That's because I messed up the front on my early release correction (my geom focused on the rear which was a mess). Trail, offset and steering weight are slightly off so the front is "shaky". What you do is virtually add a steering dampener. Next release will fix that - probably this upcoming week.

Not releasing the template/ Obj is our (or my) way of justifying the release of this beast. Because then it's not giving it away, it's just giving people the ability to see or ride our stuff in game, thereby not breaking any rules (not like there was an agreement when buying it anyways).  ;) But awesome job on the update!!! Handles like a champ!  8)

I renamed the folder, .cfg and configuration settings file  from MX2OEM_2017_Kawasaki_KX250F to MX2_OEM_2017_Kawasaki_KX250F. The bike and categorys now shows up but in the pit all tuning options are greyed out "?????" and when try to just ride it on the track the hole screen is black but i can still hit esc and exit the game

EDIT: fresh install worked! bikes are amazing btw

Stone asked me to take a look again at the .geom following his shitty performance at the last GTX race  ;D

Turns out I had made a small mistake, due in part to conflicting information on different info from difference sources and also due to messed up weight repartition. According to him, rides much better now. I still haven't ridden it :p

Kawasaki KX 250F and 450F OEM + Std (only stock paint) v1.1: DOWNLOAD. (https://mega.nz/#!oIwGUYyC!BjDsHieQ9X5mJIZukKwrc1tPIgdG3oqC-4fXKfKlgQc)

Changelog:
- Fork offset down to 23mm from 25 (apparently I didn't use the correct website).
- Rear geometry slightly changed, should be easier to setup and
- Weight distribution fixed, more front traction, more predictable rear.
- Fixed 450F OEM stall value.
- Probably other stuff I forgot.

Please let me know if something is still wonky, preferably before wednesday.

A typo was made.

You started with 138 N/mm on the 450OEM.

Corrected now, sorry. Doesn't change the behaviour of the bike or anything, just fixes up stuff for people trying out hte bike without looking at the settings:

cfg file only: https://mega.nz/#!MB4Q2AhA!Djjf1uEG0-BR04aT9Yhuijy-3f5cpK50yM5FRqBA7kk

The 450F OEM is the only change. No sneakysneaky stuff. (So yes Geo you can only update the 450 OEM in your shop).

Great work mate, how do you change the maps?

In game, go to the Garage. General tab, at the bottom you'll see an Engine section with a drop down menu. You can chose the map there, I used the names the manufacturer uses or the visual cue they give. Once again, don't expect a turbo-booster with a "fly me to the moon" trigger: it's subtle. Washington is a good track to try. Horsepower hill, snake section and the long right hander between the step-up are where you can feel the most impact.

Example with the KX250F:

>>> 27.3.2017 : SHAKDATASS PATCH 450 OEM - KXF Std + OEM v 2.1<<<

Did some extensive testing after having been made aware of somes issues pushing the 450f OEM, the rear being extremely uncontrolable when braking and at low speeds, severly limiting corner entry speed and giving a "tipitoe" feeling when below 3rd gear. Issue found and fixed.

Changes only in the 450f engine files: braking torque reduced, back to MSM values.

Engine files to drop in your KXF450 OEM folder: KXF450OEM v2.1 patch (https://mega.nz/#!JQpj1CLI!vgXw-fxLUDsBKoudQi5r3OMm1PCOx5Q0eYQC35FDqCY) (<- you only need this if you already had the pack. Don't forget to delete when comes the time to OneStopSync your files).

Complete pack v2.1: 2017 Kawasaki KXF Std + OEM pack v2.1 (https://mega.nz/#!Zd5lgbRa!7yVBu7PYt0X2xP-ain7RFU71tQIEn7ZYN0FI_-0juJE) (all in .pkz already).

Reminder: OEM bikes need Geo's Tyres (http://forum.mx-bikes.com/index.php?topic=1451.0) to work.

Is there a 125 in this pack? There used to be a James Stewart KX125 bike on the forum for download but for some reason I can't seem to find it. Thanks!

If you're searching for all bike mods please only use http://forum.mx-bikes.com/index.php?topic=1979.0 as it's the only up-to-date bike pack covering all OEM bikes.
