Is it just me, or does the rake angle look really wide?  :o

It looks like a press picture that is setup - so the rear is low, making the rake angle seem exaggerated. Although yeah, it does seem quite... how to put it...

I remember thinking the same thing about the older yz450fs.

Probably just the way it looks though. I'm sure they wouldn't do any drastic changes in that department.

The trail on the picture look short though. Maybe they found out short trail / large rake is a good  with their frame? Who knows? But if it really is like this, that frame is going to snap at the steering column :P (typical Yamaha problem early 2000s haha).
