Just created an account to say thanks for making a mx game. Ive been playing mxsim for 5 yrs and getting a bit burned out on it. Look forward to more news.

As far as modding goes is there any limits on what will be able to be put in game? And will physics be able to be modded so that people can add different bikes and such?

Just made my whole day. I love how the rider stands; seems like his legs actually have muscles and his arms and legs flex.
Love the direction this game is going man keep it up, give us something to throw our money at ;).

The fact that the game is in pre-aplha and already has so many followers is insane. Can't wait!!

I love how it looks when the rider brakes and the rear end kinda slides a little bit when he comes into turns. Looks amazing.

good to see some new mx games coming, this one is looking very promising. Like a few others have stated hopefully this forum doesn't turn into a mx sim clone. Back in the MCM 1 days it was incredible the respect and content that came from our community back then. Hopefully the guys working on this game will allow some of the very talented people such as the twisted dirt boys to help with content and improvements, this to me is what killed MX SIM as the creator refused to allow people to help and also focused on certain aspects of the game but refused to give simple items such as bike and rider preview or fixing the 400 different variations of one gear because splitting boots up would be too difficult.
Anyway game is looking great hope to see it develop into something fun.

Thats great news. I've been playing your other games,very nice looking and brilliant physics. So am I right in thinking you said the game will be available in a few more months? Hate to bang on but do you have a rough date of when we can expect an alpha or demo? Its just so I stop buying ransoms games to fill the void lol.

Looks amazing so far, PiBoSo. As someone who has worked on creating content for many motocross games I can say bring on mx-bikes! Looks like I'm coming out of retirement for this game. The detail you're going to make available in this game compared to others already has me really excited to fix up many unfinished models.

You model awood?
It's not so much the amount of poly's that kill mxs it's the textures. If you load up a full gate of the DJ/Wilson or the Gio/Wilson bikes (most optimized bikes for mxs besides the box models) and a full gate of Attackers RMZ (Most detailed bike model in sim geometry wise) you will not see much of a difference in fps. We are talking about 10-12k difference in poly's, that a substantial difference that you can't really tell a difference between. Now the textures are a different story.
There always will be a degree of optimization for video games, it all just depends.

After alpha1 you will probably have a very good idea if you like it or not. It's not going to change much after that.
