Title: Ideas for front end stability?
Post by: CSchmied986 on June 28, 2018, 03:50:47 AM
Has anyone found any setup changes that help keep the front wheel stable? Especially in slow corners, and on hills the front end just seems to be twitchy and get headshake. Just wondering if anyone found any settings that helps with this.

Going up hill in beta 6 was the best. Beta 7 was similar to beta 8, b7t it's a lot more twitchy now and sometimes easy to loose the back end too in what feels like a high side of sorts.

The front end is massively improved though, there are the odd twitchy moments when you're going slow and change direction.

I lowered my direct steer, which helped, and worked on my position on the bike, which helped even more. It is a question of balance, even if it is too present currently.
