Here's some rev limiter for Husqvarna and Honda 250's. you can also try to put them on the 450's but, I don't know if it sounds ok though. Anyway, download link below for each rev limiter.

How to install?
Just open the OEM bikes folder and replace the wav file that says "250cc_limiter.wav" and you are done. Make sure to back up the original limiter that came with the OEM pack so you can put it back when you don't like the new limiter.
