I have a xbox one elite controller and it seems to slgihtly drift to the right. it's weird because it only seems to do this in MX Bikes. I'm not really sure if the calibration in the settings adjusts the deadzone for the controller because ive tried moving the stick all the way to the left in calibration but it still drifts to the right
Even if you shut down the controller et turn it on without touching the stick ?

ya its been going for a couple days, ive tried unplugging and restsarting my pc
Had the same problem and was able to completely fix the issue with a thorough cleaning of the stick(s) per the following YouTube video. Honestly didn't think it would work but much to my surprise it did :D. Amazing how a tiny but of grime build up can cause this issue.
