Title: Game Pauses 5-10 Seconds When Someone Joins

Every single time someone joins the server that I am in the game pauses for 5-10 seconds. It seems to vary on the length of the pause. Any fix for this? Makes the game almost unplayable for me.

it is a know problem and in the works of being fixed.
