it always says that I need to register or something.

Open the 2T sounds you want, copy each file inside and then open the bike file and paste it

When you install, it takes you through two screens at the end of the install process. The first screen I believe involves the shortcut. The second screen is important because there's a small "Register URL" check box in the upper left you have to tick to end a proper install with your online ID registered. It's good manners on PiBoSo's part to not force you to have your URL registered for privacy reasons, but a critical part of online play if you want to do so.

You have to register before playing online (not necessary for the Steam version)
