I cant find a discord for mx bikes how do i search for it and is there a main one for the whole community instead of just the single lobbies?

hey guys, so i am "a part of" the mxb discord but i am a bit confused and i would appreciate some help.
when i am looking at all the open lobbies screen in mxb, i see all these available races and such and many have passwords. how are these people getting these passwords? how are people finding out about lobbies and such? I am new to this and still learning the ways of mxb. any suggestions, help is VERY much appreciated, and any other pointers on how the social side of all of this works would be great. thanks again
