This is something I've always wanted to do and finally I had the motivation to do so. The 2021 CRF RW that's been used in the nationals series this year by e.g. Tim Gajser.
Thanks to LC Créations for the model and big shoutout to him for the free release recently.
This is rather a "quick and dirty" model swap - the bike is fully functional in online and in offline, I've fixed the hand positions and it has working number plates and moving levers and I've edited the logo to the HRC one.
[color=red]Not included[/color] in v0.2 are mud layers and animated parts like cables and suspension. If this swap gains some attention and people like it I might update it some day.

Yes I know, the metal PSD is a mess. I kept most of it original as Damien already provided us with some "colorme" layers. Find them and you'll figure out where some parts are. I also included some "useful UVs" in order to make life a little bit easier.

hmm, this is weird. Just tried opening the PSD with newest GIMP and it works, clicked on "keep" and everything's fine.

No problems with opening the yz for me, GIMP version 2.10.14. No problems with the tm either, with which I had the error before.

No that's not possible. You could use the 21 as the 450 and keep the 250 stock as-is.
The 21 will most likely be included as default in the 2021 update once the bike has been revealed properly and be available for sale IRL.

This 100%.. Getting the model in game is the easy bit. Modelling the bike takes months if done properly. That's the other problem though, time.
If you really want to do it you can. YouTube, Blender 2.8 and some patience and you can have yourself a bike.

If you learn navigating Blender (tools, screens etc.. ), how to use the mesh tools, modifiers, UV unwrapping, materials and similar basics, you can make what you want.
Start simple, if you watch a tutorial on how to make a simple building or a gun or whatever then you can model a bike no problem. Same concept different application 👍

For stuff I always include a readme. Please read it. A model "swap" is fully compatible in multiplayer and only changes the graphic appearance of a bike.

I am in the process of skinning the 2020 oem rmz450 and I am not sure what to name it. I can get the name I want it to be in game but the skin is not on the bike just the stock skin. What does the tga need to be named?

having the same problem. there's no normal maps or spec maps included with the template to include in the .pnt, other than that idk what could possibly be causing it. Saved it as rmz_livery.tga and rmz.tga, 24 bit. Neither work. Either needs more clarification or the normal and spec maps.

If you're having the issue where paints arent loading in game (stock bike) than most likely your paint name is to long. I believe the max characters are 32. As far as norms for the RMZ I believe the norm is in the PSD. In MXB I never use spec maps, just add an alpha channel to the norm.

you were seeing pictures of a different bike pack that uses stolen models and is not part of the official OEM pack. Sorry. We're awaiting a GasGas model someday - no idea when, though.

Not trying to be rude, but that is NOT AT ALL a 21 crf250r. It just makes your 2020 250 look like a 2021 450 :-\ the 2021 250 is identical to the 2020. Not sure why this was added since there were no changes?

Because that's what people wanted and the official 2021 CRF is the same as the 2020 CRF. Apparently most of us and also I thought that Honda launches the 250R withing this year, which is apparently going to be held on for the 2022 or even 2023 season. So yeah, nothing worth to discuss. Leave it or take it :)

I've got a question regarding the ALTA Template, I kind of want to get back into making some homemade skins for myself, but I can't for the life of me figure out how the template works: in which PSD layer I can change the color of the plastics/where a cutout is for the graphics. If someone can help me out that would be greatly appriciated!

Hey, so I just made my own ktm 150 skin but I just cant get it to work ingame. I follow guids on Youtube on how to import bikeskins into the game but it dont work for me. I know im doing something wrong but dont really know what.
I downloaded the full ktm pack and opened the ktm 2021 livery template.
Inside there is alot of freeking layers. But I just paint and paste stuff on the plastics and what not.
Then I save as tga (with base name ktm 2021 livery templayte)
I open painted click on the middle Button(dont remember what is says). Find my tga file.
Pack it in the Ktm 2021 150 folder..
As far as I can tell thats what they do on Youtube?

am i being dumb or am i missing somethign really obvious... ive downloaded the latest OEM pack and its all still 2021 bikes.... ive found a link for some updated bikes eg gas gas and 3 other 2022 bikes but when trying to connect to a server its saying all bikes are wrong..... Help

Buon giorno. Vi chiedo cortesemente come mai nel gioco non posso scegliere la Honda Crf 450 R del 2021 ma solamente il modello 2022. A cosa serve quindi il cambio modello 20/21 se non posso cambiarlo? Mi piaceva molto di più la Honda con il doppio scarico.. Mi potete aiutare? grazie
