what is going to be the requirements for my pc to run the game ?
I would take a look at Kart Racing Pro's system requirements/GP Bikes, and draw a conclusion from that.

As far as I know it will have this.
You can change some settings in the game, just like in GP-bikes (I guess).
Since most are from sim, whatever you run on sim you will be able to run better on here as I can guarantee this game will not be as hard on you PC as sim

Online events still depend on your connection speed so don't get ahead of yourself.
