To install it, simply overwrite the executable in the MX Bikes installation folder.

steam will auto-update/prompt you if an update is available

When you look at the server list, look at the "Ping" column. If there's dashes "---" instead of a ping time "122", don't bother joining. If you can't join a server with a relatively low ping time, then that's a different issue. Make sure you have the OEM pack in case you get a "Missing Bike" error.
