Anyone have a good supercross setup?

Been messing around with my own and cant really figure anything out. Anytime the bike hits any hard hits or over jumps into a face I literally backflip.

what bike are you on?
i like to run the honda 250 with a couple clicks stiffer rebound and compression up front and stiffer rebound and fast bump in rear. cheers
