Title: Moving the PiBoSo Folder for Mods
Post by: GRAZIMOTO on February 25, 2021, 01:57:51 AM
Hey everybody, I just downloaded MX Bikes and am having a hard time moving the directory for mods.  I've read every thread I can find on it but they all lead back to the global.ini pinned thread.  Obviously, this is how it's done but when I try to edit the text to match my directory nothing seems to change.  My work saves in the file but ultimately it is still in the old one.  Any ideas?

global.ini thread:

is the file path correct? have you moved your mods over?

copy+paste everything in your global.ini here so we can see

This is what I have in my global.ini.

[profile]
nickname=GRAZIMOTO
lastprofile=GRAZIANO

[mods]
folder=E:\Games\RUST\steamapps\common\MX Bikes\mods

What's a good place to post photos, since this requires links?

UPDATE!!

Got it working! I had everything in the global.ini file set up correctly but I didn't realize that I needed to make a folder within the mods folder with the same name, Ex. "bikes", "tyres" etc.

Hopefully, my issue can help someone else in the future!
