Title: Protection Paints Problem

I see videos of how to edit protectors to have your number on them. I feel like I understand PaintEd and all that but I just do not have a tab for the protection paints under protections in my game. I run the game through steam so it auto updates. Any help or links would be much appreciated. :)

Re-download "bike logo in default Ui" mod as it needed an update for b15.
