Title: How do I get this bike and handguards for the ktm?

Hey,
I recently found this Youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjJXIYzldDs&t=490s and thought that the ktm looks really nice. But I cant figure out how to get the bike and the handguards.

Can anyone help me?

someone told me that you need to pay for it, not sure how much or where you can actually buy it.
