after about thirty seconds in mxb i get crash to desktop... tried uninstalling max hud, and iNsane's UI mod... reverted to known graphics driver... but no matter what i do after 30 seconds it crashes. any clues?

personally I got crashes after the hotfix by connecting to servers. You might want to try the good old steam library head over to mxb go to properties local files and verify game files.
I keep crashing when connecting to servers. I never had this issue before. 500 hours in this game. If it doesn't crash it gets stuck on Syncing Race Data eternally. Almost every server. I dont even try to pick one now i just click whatever and hope for the best. Low ping no ping doesn't make a difference.
Yep syncing race data with the flicker of terrain deform behind. Just sits there forever. If it does do anything else at all, it crashes. I can play on maps by myself though.
