Title: Deadzone (Setting)
Post by: Fangel on March 10, 2016, 04:10:06 PM
I find that the deadzone setting doesn't apply. I can set it, but my rider lean is so sensitive to the slightest touch on my x360 controller. I can never actually get into the neutral position because, as mentioned earlier, it is so sensitive.

Firstly make sure when you're calibrating you draw a complete circle around with each analog stick.

After that assign your controls and increase the deadzone until you see no inputs being registered in the indicators at the bottom of the screen.

Hope this helps dude!

Thanks for the replies, I'll go mess some more with it based on your input. I'll report back when I know more.

To follow up:
I can now conclude that deadzone only works for bike turning and not rider lean.

Have you found a solution for your controller settings?
Deadzone should work for both lean and rider lean (forward/backward and left/right). At least it does for me (xbox360).
Are you using xinput? (http://forum.mx-bikes.com/index.php?topic=164 (http://forum.mx-bikes.com/index.php?topic=164))
