I tried beta 17 and the truth is that it works perfectly for me, passing the issue of skins, which is solved very easily, I loved the physics.
The bike has more inertia and is less bouncy.
I swear I don't know why everyone complains.

In general it is that.

My only problem now is that I can't get the custom character to work, which BTW, is a feature i been waiting for and im super happy about that.

put your paints, only suits and gloves on the main folder, not mods folder

rider/riders/default_mx/paints
rider/riders/default_mx/gloves

Beta 16, the rider is at 90% and ready for release.

I just need to make it work on Beta 17.

Did this feauture alctually works?

I put my rider in stream/mx bikes/rider/riders/pay2021_mx with his respective ini, edf, gfx and hrc files.

It shows the option to select in game but when i select him nothing happens.

Did i miss something?

BTW this is the new rider model in action in Beta 16

I have seen him release stuff for free so I think we should give him credit for that. But selling stuff that he makes by taking little bits and pieces from others and putting it together, doesn't seem right. Especially if it screws things up in game for people and they end up on a wild goose hunt for hours because he doesn't warn them. Sounds ....rigged to me.

Really?!?!?! So pathetic.
Then he wouldn't be selling them, how about the children that can't afford his ripoff's? Is he going to deny their dreams...

Show me the proof, or from where you know that I sell things, because I have never done it, then, if you base it only on the sayings of others, you are not as smart as you say you are.

Thanks man, i really apreciated it.

Im still learning Blender, i used to 3D Max and rigging in Blender is different, also this uvw takes forever, but is on rails.

I anxious waiting to the feature that you can choose the rider type, like GP Bikes, so i can make regular people as characters.

Working on that, i already fit the rider pose, taller is not working so i reduce the size a little to fit the skeleton.

PAY2021 RIDER V090

Custom rider model version 090

Features:

-Male and female.

-Compatible with MXB native mods and animations.

Bugs:

-Some little texturing issues in the hands.

-Main menu character, the neck looks long but is normal in track.

-Jersey name in some fonts have an issue just in long shots, mostly time it works well



Installation:

***Do not install on MODS FOLDER!!!***


Unpack and copy the contents to

"Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MX Bikes"


The rider fully works with default and mods suits, helmets, boots, etc.

To access to your SUITS PAINTS you have to copy all your gloves and paints to:

(IF YOU WANT JUST A FEW SKINS JUST COPY THE ONES YOU WANT NOT NECESSARILY ALL SKINS)

"Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MX Bikes\rider\riders\pay2021_mx\gloves"

MX Bikes - New rider model, yes, from sratch, body done, is tallest bcs the default rider is too small i think.
Next is make the UVW to work with the default rider paints.
Lets see how it works...











i made this hands in 2007 and still are the best hands i ever work.

When exporting the FBX file, please make sure that the Primary Bone Axis is set to "X Axis" and the Secondary Bone Axis is set to "-Z Axis".

A tip?

When you aply the skin modifier to "automatic weight" it don't apply 1.000 weight to all mesh/bones, you have to re-paint yourself to apply 1.000 weight (to the corresponding parts) , and voila!!

edit: news, you dont need all the time re-paint the skin, the default modifier works pretty well.

Finally!

Is there any export script example?

I try straight importing skeleton and the mesh, apply the skin modifier, in blender the character works super fine, but in game the bones had another orientation so the result is a snake.

I will try re done the skeleton from 0.
