When did I say I was being dragged down by any content creators? Don't get me wrong I love free releases, which you guys seem to think I don't for some reason.  Everything in life isn't free, and if you constantly hate on paid releases and turning away creators for charging for their work, this community will go nowhere.  I could honestly care less if this game had free or charged releases, doesn't bother me at all, what does bother me is people advocating for stealing other people's hard work.  Especially if it's from a smaller game like mx sim, where usually 1 person spends about a thousand hours making a model, although it's still an awful thing to rip from mxgp games.  I honestly just don't understand how you can defend stealing.

sorry for the dp but... all I saw in your posts, pizzachet, was a lot of not thanking creators for releasing things and only pointing out negatives, also a distinct lack of models being released.  Maybe I didn't look hard enough tho? I would love to see your free models!

Try giving away something, see if it makes you feel good(that's a laugh!). Like I said, there's plenty of free, quality content. There's plenty of people that aren't vultures.

To quote you, "what a poorly informed assumption" because I am literally in the middle of modeling a ton of bike parts to free release for sim.  Imagine you work super hard on something and are super proud of it, and want a little bit of compensation for it, so you charge people.  All the sudden you see tons of people using it when they didn't get it through you.  It's not an awesome feeling.  People like you are the ones that drive content creators away from games, even more disgusting that you actually advocate the stealing of others peoples' work :/

Honestly, I love seeing models freely distributed. Especially after they were sold for ~$200 or more over at MX Simulator to some poor desperate kid that didn't know any better. There's enough high quality free content that for someone to say their time is worth more than the guy who gave away his work doesn't fly. I call it good kharma. The guy who originally made the model surely didn't pay the OEM for use of their brand. Did they?

Yeah But I ask people how to build a bike with like blender and stuff and people will just say its hard I wish somebody would make like a series of videos to learn it so yeah.

I've yet to find someone who instead of giving a direction in blender says "it's hard".  The best place to learn modeling is youtube, as there are tons of modeling tutorials.  If you choose to use blender, blenderguru has some great tutorials.  It's best to start modeling things like forks and shocks as those are quite easy.

Slapping a Fox logo on a bike paint is considered theft to some of these people. At this point maybe we should ask for permission from Honda, Yamaha, etc if it's ok for us to use their logos on bike paints before we release a bike skin...

Probably not, the models he uses are ripped from the mxgp games which is usually not allowed

Ok............So guys I have to say thankyou, BUT, NBC SN needs a sim with high end graphics and not just the track, no disrespect Piboso it is about visuals for a major companies viewers. Unfortunately there is NO product that fulfils all of the criteria they require, but visuals for them is of utmost importance. Due to this I feel guilty having wasted your time, BUT they did look and think formost of using MXB, that says a lot to start with. Open GL and no background visuals play a big part in this. They do however recognise MXB as the first chioce if it was only to do with the physics and input/output for controllers and motion systems. So well done Piboso for at least having that status to  a major company.

I'm surprised it wasn't MXS tbh

Every time I go to the bikes page or try to load a track, the game crashes instantly. I've already tried to reinstall, it didn't help.
