So if I purchase MXB from steam, your understanding is I should be able to use it on multiple devices when steam is installed on those devices?

I searched the forums and couldn't find an answer to this question, so I apologize if its somewhere and I couldn't find it.
Can you purchase a single license with steam but play on multiple devices?
For example, I've got a desktop at home that will most likely be the primary place where I play, but it would be nice to play on the go with my laptop.
