Bug Reports / Shift timing
January 23, 2015, 06:14:15 PM
When gearing up it sometimes changes two gears instead of one with one click. I think it could be necessary to add shift timing in miliseconds to prevent gear overlapping. I don't have this problem with GP Bikes actually. I use a Logitech G25 controller, using paddles to shifting.
General Discussion / PiBoSo you did it again...

Seriously PiBoSo, you are starting to be my favourite developer so far. Here you have my 25€ again!

I've been playing the demo for a week thinking I would never handle the bike, but it is 1:25pm and I have to work tomorrow, I just can't stop playing! I've spent the afternoon to this night switching between GP and MX Bikes and enjoying it so much. Now I feel better with the bike and I manage to do quick laps, but I've noticed some steering issues, for example, my Logitech G25 use to shakes when the bike is stopped, and sometimes I feel like the forcefeedback is inverted, not much sure about it, could it be caused by your tire model? Anyway, the game is amazing so far, still even when it is in an early beta.

Again congratulations for this superb piece of software and keep the good work! Guys, I see you soon in the servers :)

BTW, I'm waiting to see WRS open to car modding. I'm curious about the possibilities for it, cause I'm specialiced to mod physics in rFactor and I would like to see some of my cars on it and, of course, compare them with some of the actual car sims (it is inevitable). If I'm correct you are actually using the pacejka tire model, right?

For spanish users, I proably will make the spanish traslation soon, so stay tuned.
