how are the servers ran?

I have my CCNA and working on CCNP. I have a good understanding of networking and was wondering if any way I could help?

Cause from videos and in 3rd person it looks like the servers struggle with the UDP traffic replaying back to the end user.

Are the servers hitting peek on resource usage? or is it down to the coding?

So I had this flickering issue where the ground is, well, flickering. I turned everything off and 1 by 1 turned it back on. I have some flickering in the distance going on at a minimum with every setting, but once I turn shaders on, boom, everything close distance starts to flicker as well.

Anyone know if I can get this resolved somehow? Thanks in advance.

Specs are asus x570 itx, cpu 5800x, gpu 6900xt.

Reinstalled game twice no mods and still having the issue.

Turning off shaders helped for the flickers up close but its still flickering in the distance.

Every time I download the game, I go to install and it says its corrupted file and that I cant install.

terrained just will not run, iv tryed running admin and still no luck, I wasnt sure if I needed it in the track folder. Iv tried it in and out of it and still no luck. Nothing happens on my screen when I try to run it.

Issue 1-
My email got hacked and was hoping some one can message me on what steps we can do to get my key sent to my new email. (really dont wanna buy another key if I dont have too)

Issue 2-
I keep dropping frames bad in random in the game.
Pc specs
Cpu-2700x oc 4.3ghz
Mobo-B450 Gaming Plus
Ram-16gb 2400 16-17-17-35 oc to 3000mhz
Gpu-Vega 64 with Driver 20.4.1

Hello every one, Im pumped on seeing the state of the game of where its at today. Finally able to be happy to find a new pernament replacment for mxsim for me. I havent touched a mx game in over 3-4 years now. If you know who I am from mxsim days from 2011-2014 feel free to shoot me a message. I have a alot of learning to do to get started making tracks again.
