I can't seem to see a kawi 250 bike skin on mxb mod wedsite so I decided to post this. I made the public version while the Bj#9 was by Chris Schmeider. I still have them in my file since Beta 6 or 7

Bikes / New Rev limiter for Husky and Honda
October 02, 2018, 01:52:58 AM
Here's some rev limiter for Husqvarna and Honda 250's. you can also try to put them on the 450's but, I don't know if it sounds ok though. Anyway, download link below for each rev limiter.
Sample Videos:

    Husqvarna: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pNqGAF39L2k&feature=youtu.be
     Honda: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UoXxHW51fwA

2016 Husqvarna FC250: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ezy7OJ4dPRxEtrOfwyQP3UMF0kM7B8kO/view?usp=sharing

2018 Honda CRF250r: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SLqROFBrUL8BkQmKtnPD6DtaRY_v90Pi/view?usp=sharing

How to install?
Just open the OEM bikes folder and replace the wav file that says "250cc_limiter.wav" and you are done. Make sure to back up the original limiter that came with the OEM pack so you can put it back when you don't like the new limiter.

Setups / Beta 8 bikes bouncy still?
July 06, 2018, 09:12:27 AM
I don't know if it's just me or the physics but I have tested the default and OEM biikes are still bouncy regardless of how stiff or soft you set the spring, bump and rebound whether 0 or 20. I don't understand, I might be missing something.
Bug Reports / TrackIR not working?
June 15, 2018, 01:30:56 PM
I notice trackIR is not working in this Beta. Is this known? Thanks!
Bug Reports / Beta 7b
November 15, 2017, 10:59:26 PM
Tested online for up to 6  players and this is what I have experienced.

The joining lag issue I believe have been greatly reduced. I was riding at washington when somebody joined the game almost never frost. Another rider joined and it did freeze a bit but unlike before that it freezes for like 4 seconds. Clearly it has improved. Now, the problem is that, the game now crashes more often than in B7 when somebody joins. So it's either somebody can join without freezes while you are on track or the game crashes. When I tried to join every after crash, the game just won't let me join back to the same server at all, It just closes the game without any error. So I tried another server and it was great to see another rider joined in that my game never frost. But when there was another player who joined in, game crashes.

Thank you!
Here it is my edit on the 2016 Shift Limited Edition Risen Gearset including Gloves, boots and slight adjustment on helmet.
This is a public version I am releasing today. I hope you guys like it.

pic for the selection

This set is available in Syncback but for those who do not wish to use syncback, or do not have the app, download from the link below.

A must-read for all, including those who had previous syncback profiles.

Keep all of MXB bikes, tracks, gear, tyres in sync at all times!

Thanks to Geo for helping me and testing it out and Phillian for doing some tests too.
Don't ever wonder why this post has got similar wordings from Geo's because it was originally from his.

Upload requests will be updated every Wednesday or depending on how urgent it would be.

For those who had syncback before, start with step two in the instructions

INSTALLATION: - It is recommended to delete all folders "bikes, rider, tracks, tyres" (if they exist) and start fresh with this. Backup anything custom you may have and bring in after install

1. Download and install SyncBack Free (https://www.2brightsparks.com/welcome/backup/freeware.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI7dni1uO01wIVS5V-Ch1JeAuPEAAYASABEgLBCvD_BwE)

2. Download these profiles (previous profiles won't work anymore) https://drive.google.com/open?id=1oI0kltqhecTkp-hd3pXxOn2wbezSnY0x (should be 5 profiles you can run: "Bike Paints, Bikes+Tyres, Rider Gear, Rider Paints, Tracks")
     - Bikes+Tyres are required!
     - Tracks are required!
     - Everything else is optional

3. Double click the profile(s) and it should automatically import (if not then click profiles menu and import profile)

4. Launch SyncBack program (right click SyncBack and go to "Properties" --- under the "Compatibility" tab ensure the checkbox for "Run this program as administrator" is selected)

5. Right click on the profile(s) and choose MODIFY
6. Next to the Local button you will see a folder icon, click it and select  C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\PiBoSo\MX Bikes\mods and Click OK.

Note: check link on how to change directory on ini this link>reply #5: http://forum.mx-bikes.com/index.php?topic=899.msg29059#msg29059

7. Click profile(s) and select RUN - The program will look for files to be synced
8. Once done you can see what files will need synced and can individually set what you want if desired (ie: rider and paint stuff are optional of course)

9. Click CONTINUE and WAIT! First download will take quite a while, but any future updates will only need to sync whatever was updated.
10. ENJOY! No unpacking, no moving, and totally automated updates :)

The first download is a big download, so don't be surprised if first go around a few files have an error or don't come in perfect. Just run program again and all will be corrected. To this point, OEM bikes are in your directory, however you can only use it offline, to make it work in MP online proceed to step 11 below,

- A folder that is unpacked from the .pkz will over-ride the .pkz. (It is recommended to delete all folders "bikes, rider, tracks, tyres" and start fresh with this. Backup anything custom you may have and bring in after install)
     - This is useful if you want to unpack a bike and work on a mod

- Please let me know of any items you want on server (I will grab content out of forum posts pretty quick though for Wednesday updates)
- Please let me know of any files that are missing or possibly in wrong place.
- Please let me know of any files you think we can eliminate (in other words --- useless content)
- If the download speed is slow, blame Geo (joke).

For those who wish to configure their own file transfer process FTP info below
User: mxbsync
Password: mxbikesb9

That's it! We'll all now be in sync.

Bug Reports / Nevada Track
November 10, 2017, 02:25:07 PM
Just a little detail about nevada sx track. It's just the reset that brings you to the side on the Tuff blocks and most of the time, you get stucked on it.

One other thing is the crash animation. It's kinda violent now than the last beta. Sometimes, rider is ejected too high in air. Bike also spins, rotates pretty crazily.

Bug Reports / Gyro Effect
November 05, 2017, 06:52:58 AM
Gyro effect too less for SX. There is a strong rear kick of the bike however, revving does not produce enough inertia to affect the bike. I hope this gets fixed.

Edit: Strong rear-end kick for the 450, too less gyro effect.
Bug Reports / Beta 7: Test
November 04, 2017, 09:52:19 PM
Ok so I tested beta 7. I don't know but it feels like a step back instead.

Weird stuffs I noticed

1. Bike is too jumpy and lack of power (default bikes). Feels the same with OEM bikes about the jumpiness.
2. Whipping becomes unstable real quick. Bike does not do good correction by itself in air so you'll end up sometimes landing sideways. Although it is easier to throw a fat whip now.
3. Leaning forward/backward in-air no longer pushes the pegs/pushes handlebar to make the bike rotate backwards/forward slightly. There's no more push-and-pull-the-handlebar-effect which starts to feel mxs that rider only slides forwards/backwards on the seat and doesn't affect the bike other than just shifting weights
4. Rider lean f/b is even slower now, thus feeling sluggish
5. I don't see any big improvements in the rider physics I thought there was a lot of work put to it..

Overall, I feel the gameplay becomes sluggish and unstable instead of being more stable.

For OEM bikes, more grip now so bike wheelies more.

I will still need to put more test on it once I have more time. For now, those are the stuffs I noticed.

Track Editing / 2017 rd2 SX Track Heightmap
October 31, 2017, 02:57:20 AM
I do not know how to make a track so I just tried to instead make a heightmap of 2017 rd2 SX Track at Petco Park, San Deigo CA. I am not really sure how high are the jumps going to be as I do not have the apps or generally do not know what to do next. Please if someone is interested to finish the track, it would be very nice. I will send the photoshop file with every layer so you can change every section of the track, the width, length, opacity etc... Jumps are roughly 45-48 pixels wide I don't know if that's enough for SX. The file is in 2049 x 2049. Please let me know if you can test the heightmap for me. I am pretty sure this is easy to do specially for track-makers but I don't know, I just thought I'd share the file.

Media / Here's what I got
September 19, 2017, 12:43:52 AM
So I checked my mail today and was really wondering what was in this yellow mail. Turned out to be the Medal prize Geofanatec was sending for the 2017 GTX Pro Racing Nationals 450 Class online race. Well I gotta say, thank you, it looks awesome.

Again thank you Geo and looking forward to some more of this. =)

Races / Practice
August 15, 2017, 06:26:45 PM
Anyone interested in practice?

Newbies and oldies alike are invited to share experiences on the game. I would love to set a practice day and time so that everyone can hop on and practice. This is to help out specifically new guys in the game. I love to share what I know about how to ride and also willing to know more about the game from the fast guys out there. Please have a little time to participate. We can have a practice session everyday depending on your most convenient time.

Any suggestions on the practice time slot would be nice. Thank you and have fun.

I know these guys can help out too because I personally learned something from some of them:

Norcal (Chris S)

and more....(too many to mention)

For the new players, I would suggest you participate in the practice as it will help a lot like when I participated in the test race they had and that helped me build my own riding style.

Don't be discouraged when there aren't many people online, let's fill the servers ourselves.

Suggestions and wishlist / Rider gear
August 08, 2017, 12:13:13 AM
In the next beta, I would really love to see rider gear flapping. It's just not quite nice to see rider gear doesn't even create wave-like motion at decent speeds.

Rider joint movement hopefully will also be added.

Front wheel locking and steering locking could use a little less effect.

(most important though is the netcode issue)
Support / Do I need more RAM?
May 27, 2017, 09:19:31 AM
I got 16gb ram and everytime I bump the replay buffer up, say 200mb I get cored in a race. I made sure nothing else is using my ram when I play mxb but seems like I really can't increase the replay buffer. Based on my observation, it will happen when there are other riders (specially when there is a lot).

I got a question, if I bump up the replay buffer, will it be multiplied depending on the number of riders? because when I set it to 200mb riding just by myself, there is no issue at all.
Who will get the first W this coming Opening race of a 12 week season of 2017 GTX Pro National Championship?

I have some riders in mind that I think can get the Win this weekend.

Ruben Kuilder
Chris Schmieder

I know there are some more out there who has the speed too, I just didn't get the chance to race with them. Who do you think is  like the consistent Dungey or the charging roczen and tomac?
Nothing so serious though. Since another Championship series is coming soon, career achievement and current rider season standing viewable at rider's profile would be great. Also, If ever you get a trophy for let say for a particular hard-fought weekend, you and others get to see your wonderful, shiny virtual trophy right on your profile. 3D view of that is a compliment. Having a memorabilia in your mxb account is a great motivation and confidence booster.

A series standing leaderboard is great too (I don't know if this has been discussed but just ignore if has been talked about previously).

Thank you!
So I recently recorded 1440p video on shadowplay and I noticed that it is pixelated no matter how high I set the shadowplay/share video recording setup to. I have reinstalled geforce driver and I still record pixelated video even on 144p at the highest bitrate available. I hope I get help for this as I  already don't have skills in editing, having a nad auality video makes it worst. Thanks in advanced!
Here's my edition of MEKawasaki kxf for 2017 OEM bikes (Wheels and seat clothe are not mine). I just thought of making it thinking someone might like it.
250 and 450 are identical in skins, The only difference is the 250/450 numbers on the side panel just to indicate the right displacement.

Credits to NorCal 986 for the seat clothe and the wheels for this skin. They make the edit look good.

I have only taken pictures of one bike as they are similar. I hope you'll enjoy! Thanks!

Support / Game keeps crashing
April 13, 2017, 02:04:37 AM
After running syncback, the game crashes when I try to practice some tracks llike JS7 compound, paleta raceway 2,mxbc compound 1.3 and southwick and maybe some other more. I have tried resyncing but still the game crashes. I am not sure what's going on. It was working fine until I synced just recently.
