Support / Game Crashing

I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled the new beta, but the game crashes no matter which track I load. I noticed that all my mods were still there, so would that mean I uninstalled it incorrectly? Or should I manually uninstall all mods and try again. Thanks

So whenever my friend and I try joining each others servers, it says "connection timeout..." can anyone help with this? Thanks!
