Blender shaders will not work in game.
Shaders are linked to textures. To apply a shader to a texture, create a text file with extensions SHD in the same directory and the same name of the texture file.

Here is my second track for MX Bikes and for the second time from the Czech Republic - Loket MXGP 2019

For those who saying that I ripped all these assets from MXGP - that's not true. I spent lot of time on creating all these objects to bring you the track as close to reality as possible.

even if you delete shd? it looks like your normal map is wrong - you don't have specular in alpha channel

I am not sure if I understand your problem - no texture just image of texture :) Can you post a screenshot?
