whenever i go to join a server, it will not let me select oem. only lets me select mx1 or mx2

whenever me or some buddies try to setup a server it never lets any of us connect. always says connection timeout

So about a year ago I bought this game and entered the key and was able to join online races and stuff, and I bought it on my laptop. I made a new gaming rig and entered the same key as on my laptop, and it worked.
