can't pass by without saying thank you. nice addition for sure.

forest is one of the easiest tracks. if you want faster skillboost go to SX - more pain but more gain :D if it's not your way then run through as many as possible tracks, don't fix on a single one for too long. Paleta is the best track for training whips/scrubs.
in MXB virtual pilot hands follow your stick in every micro move, in MXS it works almost like if you'd play on keyboard e.g. when you move stick left and return it to full vertical pos bike doesn't return to full vertical until you start "pressing" right. i think this is the main reason why MXB handling may feel so different to MXS riders. try to play with Direct Lean value in the game settings (i'd recommend to set 100 or close)

what exactly do you want to learn? you are MXS admin, I guess you know how physics works in MXS, it's almost the same in MXB except weight transfer and gyro effect which you can learn on your own by training.

for setups check the board you visited already in the past. there are topics with obvious names, analyze them, try the results of your analysis. i personally make susp a bit softer sometimes, sometimes i change sprockets (for SX mostly). try default then change one setting, check the effect, repeat.

these are the basic basics :)

Even though JLV seems to not care about updating MXS into the modern age, he somehow had amazing online play from the beginning. Even major (crap) games like MVA and MXGP don't touch his online smoothness

1. MXSimulator has 6-7 bike parameters in the garage (the rest are crappy helpers settings), and you know how many MXBikes has. also, please, do not forget about weather simulation. it means that every parameter and every part of the bike which is related to that parameter, all should be implemented into the physics core with all its mathematics and until it's fully done there is no big reasons to start working on optimizing so called netcode which actually means optimizing every thing and every one, not a section of 10-50 strings called like [NETCODE] as many used to think.
2. looking at MXS, the time in the air (gravity), the weird bike dynamics (especially 450), weight work, track to bike geometry and so on - it's obvious that MXSimulator is far from real physics laws, it's not a simulator, it's more like imitator (lol) with 'matched' physical values. it may seem looking more realistic simply because of cameras and your personal mental visualization of how it should be, in other words it may be an illusion -MXBikes' trackside cameras are weird coz they are too glued to the bike and repeat every bike move, not as it is IRL where cameras and rider style are more smooth and less synchronous, and if you try free look and move camera with your hands the bike movemnt in MXB looks fucking fantastic whilst MXS is actually dull and poor. many of those guys stating MXS is the most realistic motocross game do not compare much, they even do not know anything else except MXS, MXGP and maybe some very old games, and if you have read their opinions they might affect your objectivity.
MXGPs and MVAs, you see these games in release state, with the physics finished and maybe even mostly written in some 'ancient' times. and you still call them crap for some reason. MXB is a new scratch built game which does not have analogues at the moment, same about GP Bikes.

seems that I've found a workaround for my 'syncing'.
if you get forever syncing try switching to another bike (maybe also restart the game before switching - not sure here) then try to reconnect. tried with hondas and yamahas - works fine.
38
same for me. almost never connect
39
hi and welcome back!

i'd recommend to try OEM bikes mod if not yet.
apart from that train more and join servers to support the community!

Thanks for the opinion Adolf.

there is nothing close to nazi's ideology in my words, the logic pattern which makes you call me adolf comes from pseudoliberal propaganda.

Bug Reports / Re: Online bugs anyone?
July 02, 2018, 01:11:56 AM
I have a problem with connection to OEM servers. it almost never connect. guess, everytime i connected the server was 'fresh', newly created not so long ago. in other cases - no connection. tried reinstalling mx bikes, removing everything which is not required for server (mods, tracks, all files from profile folder) - nothing.

There already is too much nationalism and chauvinism in the world and I don't want to add another brick ( albeit small ) to the walls dividing us.

sounds like an extreme tolerance or something. it's as if any stupid or disgusting or freaky shit becomes allowed in the name of freedom and democracy - same but inverted - let's remove any image of M+W or hetero family because it may bruise feelings of LGBT tards etc., etc. people still live in countries, and flags in the game would not help dividing them, it's interesting - from which places of the world riders come.
there is too much idiotism in the world, and this really divide people.

As long as I feel FPS drops from time to time on some tracks, especially online when there are many riders on track, I'm thinking back this feature which, as far as I know, is present in MXSim.

Suggestion: add server support for low quality versions of track (no mismatch etc.) with no extra objects, with poor textures, so that people on weak PCs/notebooks could connect and play together with those who use full quality tracks.

great, this minor implementation makes it look like an official table of results from real life events and even adds some "brightness" to the picture.
