I just downloaded 3 times, used 7Zip, WinZip and WinRar and it says that the file is corrupt.

He has to update them because the name of the .pnt file is too long. Since Beta 13 the game ignores paints that have a .pnt file character count >31

You can shorten them for yourself though.
