^^^ This is awesome.... Need to make this a PDF so can just pop that bad boy up when ya switch windows...  I just mentioned the RT calculator in another post that mentioned the 70/100 race sag setting, but RT gives ya like 106mm in the rear and sometimes gives you front preload of 2mm... what you recomend, 70/100 or RT?

I started checking Racetech.com spring rate search after I learned Moto Joe's weight is 176 lbs... You can "calculate spring rate" after selecting any of mx bike's models, and even select for MX or SX.  I typically ride CRs and RaceTech recommends slightly stiffer springs than the OEMS are set.  It also recommends sag settings, which isn't always at 100, but more like 106.

having said that, after growing up with my dad setting sag at 100 in the rear and knowing that figure for bout 30 years, idk why I haven't applied it in game... maybe its because the ole man never mentioned a "front sag" setting or how to change it IRL.

Now, ima have to try the RaceTech recommended spring rates with the whole 70/100 thing and see how that feels! Love this game!

Tracks / Re: [Release] Bailey MX

eh dude, great fantasy track! cool layout, big ole booters and good fun... i understand how involved track making is, to the point i havent finsihed a project!  but some constructive criticism?  som of the corners seem like they dont flow... like theres 2 berms when there the race line that makes more of an arch... textures are a completely different animal, i know, but hopefully with some practice youll be able to make em work to where they dont look like tiles will lead ya off track when youre sendin' it. Other than that, hell even with these things its fun to open er up on your track bud! cheers!

With as many new riders coming to the game the big 10-15 second freeze as they join a server renders the game almost unplayable... please please please tell me the servers are getting an overhaul sometime soon!!

Do we know what it's doing during sync? Is it dependent on connection disk etc. I did notice after I did a bunch of mods it made loading game all together slower and I just get more syncing problems.
A friend inside the server sees me connect then it flashes and says disconnected but still says it's syncing. We were thinking even if we could get some error handling like bike mismatch disconnected error etc would be helpful.
I love love the game but I only get an hour here and there to play last night I spent 40 min just trying to get into a server to play, wasting tons of time waiting.

i say that, then spend another 30 min trying to connect. lame sauce.

you're not alone... this game is too damn good to be ruined by connection issues.  as frustrating as it is, and it is frustrating to say the least, ill stick around.

yall know what im talking about.  ive got 300+ hours since steam launch plus countless more before steam kept track... id bet a third of that was spent sitting and waiting for these ridonkulous connection issues.  several more hours posting here, asking questions about my hardware on my end, firewalls and any other tips or tricks to get a consistent connect so i can rip with you fellas and im about fed up with it.

the physics are great.  the bikes are freakin awesome., and bad ass tracks keep comin!  but when is piboso going to put some real R&R into these things that literally make the game unplayable?  i mean, come on dudes. what good is this epic moto game if i cant even fuggin play it half the time?
