I've tried that already and it really only raised my rider's view/ head position and lowered it. I bet if the devs could unlock the FOV controls, (pitch, tilt, and FOV) we could fine tune it and get it much better.
As far as your issue, you should be able to goto either the SteamVR.ini or the OpenVR.ini in your MXB root folder and change the scale to adjust the zoom issue. I think I run 1.1 or 1.2 scale. Definitely try that.
 
But after fixing that, the main thing I notice in VR is the ground not being at the same angle as the ground in real life. Without a doubt that's my issue, I load into the game and have to look up probably 15-20 degrees to be looking parallel with the ground it feels like.

When playing in VR thru SteamVR on the Meta Quest 2 the ground plane is pitched up, so for you to be looking parallel with the ground you have to look upwards, not straight ahead. This causes MASSIVE motion sickness & headaches.

Is there any way to remove/change pitch from the default config? It seems almost as if the default VR view has the same pitch angle as dynamic first person camera. I believe changing this and allowing people to adjust their pitch/lock to VR Headset pitch would make VR more playable.

I can only play for a MAX of 30 minutes at a time before getting ill and I'm fully used to running around in VR for hours. Any help with this issue would be amazing, no other game comes close to the feeling of riding a dirtbike as MXB in VR and this would take it next level.

Paints / On Track 3D Pitboard skinning?

I've been able to get the 2D 16 segment pitboard in game that is released on here and MXB Mods, but how do you change the on track pitboard to match? I couldn't find any information on how to change it besides a vague post from Piboso around the time of beta 15 which said to name the texture as w_pitboard for 3D and pitboard for 2D and that they both needed to be packed into a bike paint. This is why its confusing, no definite outline on where or how they need to be installed and the information that is available is conflicting with how current working pitboards are installed (no pnt, only tga, cfg and arr files.)

Exactly where and how do I save/install the on-track 3D pitboard?

Couldn't agree more. This needs more clearly explained. I've been looking for videos that explain it but every time I see a video they say "you'll learn with time" or "we're not gonna get into that." Every forum post I see says to put the spec in the channels as an alpha.

After watching another video I figured it out & I think I'll make a video explaining it specifically for mxb & how everything should look in paintEd.

For now, just make sure when you save you norm you have them setup as such:

(using kx as my example)
kxf.tga -24bit
kxf_n.tga -32bit - "Alpha Channels" checkbox checked while saving (should be pink in PS, look normal in paintEd.)
kxf_r.tga -32bit - the reflection map I'm using is all black
kxf_s.tga -32bit - your normal spec map
+ stands & wheels.

That fixed it for me, hopefully it does for you as well.

I don't usually agree with track requests in a track release topic, but I agree. Would be sweet to see some of the older legendary tracks remade.

The template is rmz.psd ... so it has to be rmz.tga
The SXF template is sxf_livery.psd ... that has to turn int sxf_livery.tga
thank you will give that a try when I get home tonight

having the same problem. there's no normal maps or spec maps included with the template to include in the .pnt, other than that idk what could possibly be causing it. Saved it as rmz_livery.tga and rmz.tga, 24 bit. Neither work. Either needs more clarification or the normal and spec maps.

Support / Can't convert to steam key, or update nickname

I've tried all caps in the license key, no hyphens, no caps, no spaces. I've tried both my emails & not just my paypal email & it just says my license key is invalid. I've never given my key to anyone, and nobody else bought the game for me. I would really like to change my username & be able to play the game thru steam so any help would be greatly appreciated.

The last track doesn't have a link :/ I have searched google and couldn't seem to find it there either. Any chance of a reupload?

My hi-res screenshot button isnt working, (I think? Quality seems it could be better to me) this is the best quality i can get with the regular screenshot key, but here's an un-edited whip screeny and i DID land this

is there any way to use one stick for rider and bike movement? like rider l&r rider f&b and bike l&r on one stick? Cause i switched to one stick on sim and I'm not gonna be able to play mx bikes with two anymore i just can't do it. so at this point the game is useless for me
