Damn son! Talented sob! That's some awesome work my friend. I'm a graphic design drop out lol, had to make money in a hurry. Now years later I'm still doing freelance graphic design and such. I really want to learn the 3d side of things. Any good resources you'd recommend? Is your goal to go into game design/art?

Any input on this piboso or snappe? It's a small complaint, but it's something that would be extremely convenient. Especially as a person with an absurdly large monitor, I sit far back from it which means ever time I go from gameplay to menu I'm always having to scoot back and forth. Really a lazy ass problem but still would be nice.

how did you get a hold of that gear, did I put it in the TLD bike files by mistake? lol I have a much more complete version if you'd like. seeing that early stuff in screens is painful   :o

Thanks fellas, glad you are enjoying it! The gear is a test to get used to the template layout, if i get the motivation I will release soon.

Fat- ha ya I was having issues getting the norms to work and decided to just release as is. Next project it is, I am still having growing pains with some things lol. Once I get some more free time on my hands, I'll have to reach out to snappe or anyone else that can give some input. One thing I wish I knew how to do is model, we are seriously in need of some new helmets(that stock helmet :o), boots, chest/neck protection and bikes. I mean KTM is great and all, but man its getting long in the tooth!

Edit: FAT- talked to Snappe, turns out normals are not supported for the bikes currently. May explain my troubles lmao! He said he may look into implementing the ability in a future build. So I got spec maps working well at least!

Here's my rendition of the 2015 TLD/Lucas oil team bikes. The plastics on the 2015 KTM's differ quite a bit from the current model so I had to take some creative liberty in areas. I started and finished this in a couple days a while back with the intention of fixing some issues, but alas I have moved on. Hopefully they don't annoy you as much as they do me  ;D Anyways hope you enjoy!  8)  (oh and as always sorry for the insane compression on the pics, looks crispy in-game!)

It makes it a lot easier to get this info when I am deep in the industry and have many contacts from all sides too, so it's really my pleasure to be able to provide what info I can. Its not too often we have a dev making a motocross sim, let alone be so involved with the community and give/receive feedback so freely! I cant wait to see how this thing looks a year from now!

Hey Piboso, I wanted to give you a quick update/heads up on some of the weight figures I gave last night. I ended up getting a front and rear rim, just the rim, from my friend last night off of his 2013 KTM 450SXF. I brought them to work and weighed them on a much more accurate scale. So the front rim is going to be 1590 Grams/3.50lbs. The rear is 1880 Grams/4.14lbs. I also brought in the forks off of the same bike and weighed them. They are filled with oil and have titanium springs. The left side with the caliper bracket weighed 4445.21 Grams/9.8lbs. The right side weighed 4411.21 Grams/9.72lbs.

I also brought a brand new, non O-ring DID chain. It is the DID ERT2 Gold. It was 1356.241Grams/2.99lbs

I will have data for a set of my billet aluminum X-Trig Triple clamps asap as well as better data on a full set of front and rear wheel assemblies.  Ill try and get any other weights you'll need as well. Appreciate all of your hard work.

edit: oops I may have pm'd you this same info Piboso. I started typing it up on my phone and wires got crossed somewhere lol.
