it says im blacklisted when i try to join lobbies but i did nothing wrong? any help

What is your ingame name?

Well there is a couple things that can cause this issue:

1. The bikes you have are installed incorrectly or are outdated

2. The host of the server is using outdated bikes

Some advice to determine what your issue is may be to join a dedicated server such as a 'Steam VR Racing Team' server, if you get a bike mismatch error there then the issue is on your end. However if you are freely able to join these servers then the issue would be down to the server host having non-identical files.

Greatly appreciate what your doing! just a tip/request (dont know the correct word )ahahah, would you be able to specify how exactly each setting will affect the bike in game and sort of do a diagnosis of why you need to change that setting eg. 'your being sent sideways off the face of a jump because your springs are too soft and are bottoming out, stiffen the springs and your bike wont bottom out allowing you to jump properly"

I am not sure if there is a way to disable this unfortunately however I'm sure someone with more knowledge than myself will see this and make a useful reply. 

I am not sure what you are thinking of then as this has been a feature in the game for some time now.

This is because when you look back you have your ears closer to the exhaust, and the exhaust is where the noise comes from.

Ontop of what was said by PizzaChet, I can also recommend that you switch to a 250F as these are much better for beginners. The less weight and power makes the bike easier to ride in all situations.
