Suggestions and wishlist / Holeshot device function
Last post by Exotiks - August 16, 2019, 03:59:37 am
So I noticed that there is a holeshot device on every oem bike, although not usable. What do you think PiBiSo about adding a holeshot device function in game?

Tracks / 2019 AMA Supercross - Glendale...

The Phoenix-area stop of supercross is especially unique because it is one of just two cities in the history of the sport, along with Los Angeles, to host its round of the championship in three different stadiums, which also includes Tempe's Sun Devil Stadium (5 races from '86-'98) and downtown Phoenix's Chase Field ('99-'15).
The start straight on the expansive floor of University of Phoenix Stadium this weekend will span approximately 384 feet, making it the longest in the championship. Riders will be able to push speeds nearing an incredible 60 miles per hour.
The one-of-a-kind shape of the stadium's exterior was built to resemble that of a barrel cactus, found in abundance in the Phoenix area, as well as a coiled snake, also abundant in the area's desert landscape.

How to install:
Simply put the .pkz file in your mods/tracks folder.

Thanks to:
TheFatController - stadium
Asdrael - general jump shape and scaling tips
Alex Aeffertz - start, manager and flagger structures

Quote from: PizzaChet on August 12, 2019, 10:54:56 pmHow come none of the tracks for MXB have braking or acceleration bumps or whoops that actually resemble whoops? Instability. That is also something MXS does way more realistically. MXB is far more modern in certain features yet MXS has nailed down some of the key things for realism. Both have quite a way to go sound-wise.
The first dozen tracks which were released for Mx Sim didn't have any roughness what so ever. As more people got the game and started to get better, rougher tracks were made.

MX Bikes still doesn't have a big community and half of the people playing now can't even get a clean lap in on flat tracks due to their lack of practice.

Mx Sim is more fun in certain ways, but a lot more arcade-like. I do have to admit that it is more stable on bumps etc. but that does not mean it is impossible in MXB.

Quote from: тғc on August 10, 2019, 05:48:41 pmUnfortunately for me it seems like MaXHUD thinks I'm running a higher resolution than I am. Half of it is off the screen and the rumble doesn't work.
Hi all,

yes an update is needed as PiBoSo has done a change in MXB that impcts the screen coordinates.
Sorry I'm a bit late on this: holidays + I no longer receive notifications from PiBoSo forums.

And my adsl box at home has been fried by a storm so it may take another week or two.

Quote from: 74med on August 12, 2019, 08:03:25 pmSolution: With your mouse, spam left click on the left and right edges of your screen (the mouse leaves the frame, this is no problem) and brings the various elements of the hud where you want, you just have to catch them.

Alternative (but annoying) solution: manually editing the MaxHUD.ini file you can see the X and Y position of each widget.
