Hey guys, wanted to start off saying this game is looking amazing and cant wait to try it out/ make things for it :). What i wanted to know was how would importing models work? would you name things for a certain bike class like Mx Simulator Did?, Will you be able to make custom physics for the said bike to make like 50's, 85's, etc.., Also with rider models, Will we be able to model neck braces and other small parts for the rider? Sorry for all the questions and i bet half of them were already answered..

All of these questions have been answered actually. Head over to the Work in progress and Questions thread

There are no naming codes for bikes.
It will be possible to make custom physics.
Rider protections can be modded. Same for the helmet.

Wait, so if i read your post correctly then there is no 250s or 450s and we just have to mod the physics to make it seem like a certain bike?

There will be only 1 bike at the release. Modders will be able to add 10000000 different bikes with different physics. Just like every other game :P Physics modding is pretty difficult but I'm sure there are some guys on the forum that are very talented and that ride bikes in real life. They can access to all information needed to mod bikes :D

It will be possible to make custom physics.

Thats nice to hear. Will it be as easy as editing a few values or do you have to have extended knowledge?

From the looks of it, it uses a similar smart physics model like LFS. A few have made a complete mock-up with LFS' physics and it already is greater than most dedicated bike simulation/game

Imagine a proper frame model and a driver which would effect the weight distribution.
