In Game voice chat

The title says it all. Its a bit difficult to talk to anyone while you're on track and it would be nice to have an in game voice chat.

Maybe an easy way to accomplish this would be to integrate with discord.
Create a discord voice channel when a new server is created something like that

If this is doable I like the idea.. I usually have discord chat going with my friends but it would be nice to have everyone in the server able to talk.
